On April 22, our Pan Icarian Brotherhood of New York (Pandiki Chapter #5) hosted a Blues Night. The evening began with soulful music performed by the Tony Santos Band featuring our very own Basil Safos on harmonica. Basil’s talented son Simon also joined in which was a delight for us all. Following their performances, we had live rebetika music played by Zacharias Horiates, Ioannis Politis and Fabian Filippoussis. The music played well into the night. With good food and great kefi, the evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance.
