Despite the torrential rains, the Pandiki Chapter remained undaunted and marched or rather rode on our float in the Annual  Greek Independence Day Parade on April 30 along 5th Avenue in NYC. Surprisingly enough there were plenty of people lining the streets to watch. What an amazing effort was made by all who participated. Following the parade, those who “marched” enjoyed our traditional makaronada at our Leski.
